1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First a call with HR going over behavioral questions. Then 3 rounds of 1 on 1 interviews with associates and VPs. Be prepared for macroeconomic/FED/yield curve questions along with investment ideas. Lastly a super day with 5 individuals each responsible for covering a specific behavioral topic (working in a team, when a mistake was made). Also have a good reason why PIMCO.
