Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was an internal transfer interview. The interview process included an interview with 2 Associates, the Product Managers in the group, and 2 other Product Managers from different groups. All were separate back to back interviews that took about 3 hours. The Product Managers varied in seniority from PM to VP to MD. The interview was focused on both fit and technical questions. The reason for the additional Product Managers from different groups was essentially an interview for their groups as well in case the group you had applied to was not an ideal fit. Everyone was fairly nice and you were not grilled, although this was likely due to the nature of the interview being internal. As an Associate in a different group, I was responsible for interviewing people and we were very difficult in an attempt to test reaction and responses under pressure.
