Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Participated in on-campus MBA interview process. 1st round consisted of one pre-interview cocktail reception the night before interviews (so essentially a group interview). Actual first round interview was similar to what I have heard consulting interviews are like - lots of thought experiments, sample problems to talk through, and rapid-fire technical questions.
Final round was 7 or 8 straight interviews on-site that covered just about everything - macro, micro, and finance knowledge, fit with organization, knowledge of the position, personality, etc.
