Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was very thorough. First-round hire-vue type which gave ample time in between questions. The second and last round was 7 interviews mainly 2-1s. Have to know macro and deep drivers of the market or else you are screwed. Tough to study for but I crammed for around 3 days of market news as I was prepping for IB mainly. Techincal wise nothing like IB prep.
