The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview

The first part of the interview process was a phone interview with a younger associate. It was more of a screening than an interview and was 100% behavioral/why PE/why Pantheon. Then came 3 in-person one-on-one interviews in the office a few weeks later. Many of the questions were again behavioral, with very limited questions on actual finance knowledge.

Interview Questions

Honestly, the questions were not meant to be difficult. The bulk of the questioning was meant to gage my interest in the firm and the industry rather than my qualifications. I think my resume spoke for itself and they wanted to make sure I was prepared to answer why I wanted to specifically work there.
The most difficult question for me personally was about what I had done outside of school to prepare me for the internship. I had not done too much preparation in terms of gaining financial knowledge outside of school so initially I thought that was the hardest question to answer.
