The interview process begins with a first-round interview that always includes a technical case where you are asked to walk through a company’s financials from P&L to FCFE, explaining each step from revenue to EBITDA, EBIT, taxes, working capital, CapEx, and finally free cash flow to equity. This round also includes motivation and fit questions to assess communication skills and interest in the role. Later rounds deepen the technical focus, often covering leverage ratios, interest coverage, bond pricing, yield mechanics, and credit fundamentals.
