Interview Questions
The interview was really lengthy. I had to wait for 15 mins after each interview and there was 5 rounds of interviews. The directors seemed really exhausted as they were interviewing several candidates back to back. Had to really talk through to hold a conversation as they almost seemed uninterested in talking to me. 2 rounds had breaking the wall street guide questions on M&A, valuation, LBO, ev and equity value, and about how to lever and unlever beta. They asked me to walk them through how the statments link together too.
