Interview
I applied online first and was set up for a 3 on 1 interview with two associates and a VP. Not that technical but they did ask about experience with Fund of funds and PE secondaries. Next round was an in person superday in Rhode island. NOw first there was an excel test. It was one hour and it asks general finance questions on assets risk levels, as well as testing use or pivot tables and basic formulas like Sumifs etc. Then it was 4 rounds of interviews with 2 people each. Had some random multiplation and division questions thrown at me, as well as some technicals regarding enterprise value, valuations questions, and basic accounting question.

Interview
started off by connecting with analyst in linkedIn, eventually they referred me to hiring manager who also happened to be a MD at the firm. Had a quick 20 min into call with MD followed by a 1 on 1 interview. Phone call was very brief and just a "tell me about yourself call". 1 on 1 interview was far more technical and was basic asset management questions including LBO and valuations questions. Ultamilaey MD was very friendly but also very sharp, everyone at the firm is open to networking.

Interview Questions
The most difficult questions I got were
1) what was your biggest concern about the company
2) Rank the assets' risky level
3) Current Unemployment rate

Basically they would give you an excel test and it would contain some basic questions on recent news.stats/common corporate finance/financial theory question. Make sure that you have a breath of knowledge

The in-person interview wasn't hard. Everyone is nice and they're very patient with questions and welcoming. Overall I had a very nice interview experience and no questions were too hard.
