Summer internship - PE analyst

After sending my CV and cover letter I was invited for an interview in London in January. Since I had to fly from the Netherlands they were very kind to offer me various dates/times to do the interview because of traveling. At the office I was immediately escorted by one of the personal assistants to a conference room. I was first greeted by the COO who welcomed me and talked a bit about general stuff. He then invited 4 current employees to have a 30min talk with me each. This group consisted of 2 vice presidents, an analyst who just joined the firm a few months ago and an associate. They talked about various topics ranging from technical questions to more conceptual topics such as the current developments in the real estate market. After this 2 hour interview the COO came back in, and asked for some of my feedback on the whole process. I was then told the interview was over and could leave the building. After a month I received and e-mail that I passed the first round of the selection and that the management required me to answer a list of questions within 4 days. These questions were mostly about my goals with the internship and my current goals in life. I was also required to analyze an investment Patron Capital has made in the past. A few months later I received the final confirmation that I was selected for the summer internship :D
