Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through university recruiting website. First round consisted of a 30-minute behavioral phone interview with HR with typical behavioral questions. Second round consisted of three 30-minute technical interviews over Skype with traders. These interviews were mostly brainteasers, fast mental math questions, and probability scenarios. Final round interview was a two-hour "superday" with a few behavioral interviews and a trader shadow. This was followed by a social round with traders and executives of the firm.
