Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Begins with online exam that's timed and has basic logic, probability, and mental math questions
2. About 3 weeks later I was scheduled for a skype interview, which consisted of pure mental math and a short behavioral conversation about how I became interested in trading, why peak6 stood out
3. Since it was at the end of their recruiting process, I was contacted the next day about a final round
4. Final round was on-site, and consisted of 2 exams, one similar to the online and another regarding programming. The rest was behavioral and fit.
