Interview
Very easy interview. Minimal technical questions. Most of the interview consisted of me meeting the general agent and him discussing what I would be doing during the summer there. He treated me like I was already interning there and was very informal and friendly. This is mostly because financial representative interns cost very little for the company and could lead to substantial rewards if the intern produces sales

Very behavioral and based on fit. It is a sales heavy job, and the company needs more manpower and hires from universities for that. It is a good place to start for internships, but there is no base pay, and compensations is based upon a commission basis.
