Interview
I applied online and was contacted for relevant work samples. Once reviewed there was a phone interview initially with all fit questions. Asked a lot about leadership experience and previous work. Eventually called into the office for an in person interview. The questions were very technical and comprehensively covered the 3 financial statements and basic valuation questions. Everything was fair game, but they work you through the questions if you are stuck.
