I talked to a PepsiCo representative at my campus career fair. About a week and a half later, I was invited to interview on campus. The night before, there was a networking event to meet with my interviewers which was very casual and relaxing. The morning after, I had 2 back to back interviews. Each interview had 2 people. The interview was relaxing and I was asked a lot of behavioral, fit type questions. I received an offer about a week later.
