Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and received an email from HR two weeks later asking to set up a time for a video interview. I was interviewed by 2 non-HR employees (MD and a Senior Associate) who worked within the finance functions. A week after the interview, the senior associate called me and told me I had received an offer.
