Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process consisted of 2 phone interviews through Dartmouth. Those were mostly behaviorals (as well as tested your understanding of the M&A market) with some very simple technicals. Then, I was invited to a superday which consisted of a case study (presented to an MD), an hour long numerical and verbal online test and 3x 45 minutes interviews (with EDs). Again, the interviews were mostly behaviorals with technicals focused on seeing if you understand finance conceptually rather than simply rehearsing your classes. A couple of brainteasers were also thrown at me.
