Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First two rounds were phone interviews (mix of technical questions as well as fit questions to determine why I wanted to lateral to PWP), followed by two "final" rounds of in-person interviews in NY. In-person interviews were primarily with partners / senior bankers, but included a few junior interviewers focused on technicals.
