Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My roommate was a summer intern at Perella and I was told that they were looking for lateral hires. She passed along my resume to HR who then reached out to me about scheduling a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was told that I had a superday which consisted of four 1-1 interviews, three with MDs and one with an associate. After two weeks, I was called by the MD and received my offer.
