Applied online and was contacted HR for a phone screen. After the phone screen, I met with bankers from various groups on site (one Associate, one VP, one MD). The associate was assigned to grill on the technical questions that really stressed accounting knowledge, as many were two to three step questions. The VP and MD were all fit and behavioral conversations. The associate spent 2 minutes on his background the proceeded to the technicals for the remainder of the time, while the others were more laid back and asked why PWP, why switch from your current firm, deal experience, etc.
