Investment Banking Analyst

After three phone interviews I was invited to an assessment day including a paper numerical test without calculator. Then a number of interviews followed of which one was a lunch at a restaurant with an associate from the business.Interviews were mostly competency based but some questions were also technical. A few brainteasers towards the end of the day.
A few days after the assessment day I received a call and was invited to further interviews. These interviews were more technical than at the assessment day and sometimes went deep into technicals and economic policies.
