Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process run by Dartmouth Partners made for an all round poor experience. Phone interview c25 minutes of standard questions mix of behavioural and commercial awareness. Followed up with 1hr video interview, again with Dartmouth not PWP employees, along the same lines - standard behavioural and commercial awareness questions as well as some technicals but nothing too testing or difficult. Felt very little engagement with interviewer (no follow up questions, back and forth etc) and dinged before AC.
