Summer Analyst

**For the 2022 summer analyst recruiting cycle** I had a first-round phone screen with Dartmouth Partners. I thought the questions were pretty easy and were what I expected. After that I did not hear back from anyone for about two weeks. A member of HR said they were still considering me, but I figured I probably would not get a superday. A week later, they called me asking if I could join the superday set for the next day. The virtual superday (which took place in the spring of 2021) consisted of 4 30-minute interviews. Again, questions were as expected. I really liked everyone I spoke with. Got the offer that day a few hours later.
