First rounds were conducted with an external HR company, Dartmouth Partners, which is based in England. Interviewer admitted that she was very tired, so the energy of the interview was overall very low. Questions weren't too difficult however for first rounds: basic behavioral questions like TMAY, Deal Walkthrough, Why PWP, Why Banking etc. Technicals were also generally straightforward: How does increasing your debt affect WACC, Walk through $10 of depreciation on the three statements, Basic overview of a DCF, Three valuation methods etc. It was hard to ask questions at the end as well since the interviewer wasn't a part of the IB team
