Interview
After applying to the Analyst Development Program, I was contacted by a Recruiter within a few days to schedule a telephone call. The call consisted of me discussing my prior work experience and my interest in the firm. About two weeks later I received an email that I would be moving on to 1-on-1 interviews with Associates and a Director. Once again, it was entirely behavioral and I discussed my prior work experience, my interest in the firm, and where I would like to see myself in the future. I received an offer a week later.

Interview Questions
It was all behavioral, so nothing was really that difficult. We just went through what the program would be like and how I could best position myself for future recruiting as well. I also discussed what I would do on a day to day basis. They just wanted to know if I was a personable individual and if I could talk to people. It was for a cool role that they have as summer interns so they also wanted to know what type of role I was looking for as well. I had a great summer there and it was a good experience.
