The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Was brought in. Talked to HR head about my resume and then was passed on to a boss in the division I applied for.
Interview Questions
There were not many tough questions. I got the standard "Walk me through your resume," and other things about what I was doing in and out of school. It turned out to be very conversational.

Interview
They were very flexible about setting up an interview and they were pretty straight forward with the position and what they were looking for. They wanted me to explain in detail about my past work experiences. They did not really ask any brain teasers. They wanted to know what i knew about the company, what i thought i could contribute, and why them.
Interview Questions
What if you worked with someone who managed to 'take credit' for all your great ideas. How would you handle it?

First, I would try to credit her publicly with the ideas that were hers. Sometimes, by being generous with credit, it spurs the other person to "return the favor."

If that doesn't solve it, I'd try to work out an arrangement where we each agreed to present the ideas that were our own to our bosses. If that doesn't work, I would openly discuss the situation with her.

However, if the person taking credit for my ideas was my boss, I would tread cautiously. To some extent, I believe that my job is to make my superiors shine. If I were being rewarded for my ideas with raises and promotions, I would be happy.

I worked through an alum to make contact with the firm. The interview was very straightforward just one 30 minute phone conversation about my background and a few questions unrelated to finance.
