Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Meet their recruiter on Campus (Penn State University), received an email from her to month later asking me if I am still interested in this position. I had an interview on a phone for 15 minutes. Was asked general questions about my Qualifications and knowledge of Excel, plus previous experience and school activities. After our conversation I send her a follow up email with my Letters of Recommendation and received an official offer 1 week after.
