Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Actually I find the MT job on a job-hunting platform. Since I really have interest in such field, I both send my CV and Cover Letter to HR's email and apply through the platform. Then, I received an invitation to applying officially 2 days later.
Interview Questions
It is like a first round interview with the company's HR. About 6 questions consisting of 5 behavior ones and 1 technical one (which I believe is related to the position I apply for). I applied for a management trainee position in commercial finance or sales and market department. The most difficult one is the technical one: illustrate the equity of a company and how can you add value to our company. To be honest, I cannot remember the question clearly since I even did not understand it. What a pity.
