The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I dropped my resume in an online portal.
The first round was sending a short response to why I was interested in the industry.
I then did a virtual interview where I answered questions that were presented on screen in a video format.
Interview Questions
I was applying to a business development internship role at PGA (they were relocating their HQ to Frisco, Texas). They didn't ask anything too technical. Some questions asked included:
1. Talk about a time at a job where management wanted you to do something but you didn't, and how you solved that conflict.
2. What do you know about our company?
3. Walk us through your resume.
In general, I was a lot of behavioral and fit questions. I would say there weren't any particularly difficult questions asked, but rather everything they asked was pretty expansive.
