Interview
First round of interviews was a few behavioral questions in a self-guided virtual interview. Two weeks later I was invited to participate in final round interviews. They were comprised of two 30 minute interviews with a 30-minute introduction before each. Both interviewers asked simple behavioral questions and quickly opened up the floor for questions about their experience. The interviews were both conversational and less like a traditional interview - It appears that they wanted to assess your personality more than your skillset.
