What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was an initial phone call screening with early talent acquisition where they asked the standard resume walk-through and explain the 3 financial statements. Then consecutive one-on-ones with an associates, sr associates, and a VP where they asked qualitative questions to measure teamwork capabilities.

Some of the technical questions were
- What is the cap rate formula and explain what it measures?
- How would you conduct market research?
- What are some valuation methods?

The overall tone was casual and not too stressful. The entire interview process was within a 2 week period and I got an offer in less than a week.
