I applied online through the PGIM careers page and heard back about [X weeks] later. The process had [number] rounds: [a HireVue/phone screen with HR or recruiting, followed by a Zoom/in-person interview with team members]. Questions were mostly behavioral and resume-based (why real estate finance, why PGIM, walk me through your experience), with some technical questions on [commercial real estate basics, cap rates, DCF, etc.]. Interviewers were [friendly/professional/conversational] and the office culture came across as [collaborative/fast-paced]. My advice: know your resume cold, understand the difference between real estate debt and equity, and have specific reasons for wanting to work in commercial real estate finance.
