Background Check
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There is an initial phone interview with the HR recruiter. Then there is a 3 hour interview with the Executive Director, the Associate, and Investment Analyst (the deal team). The final round of the interview is another 3 hour interview with the deal team. The background check is very extensive every job on the resume most be verified before an offer is made. A credit check is also required.
