Straight forward process. Applied on linked in, did a HireVue. Passed that and did a phone screen with a hiring manager and once I passed that round I was provided a case study consisting of “modeling” if it can be considered true modeling haha and materials for a write up (market, quality of asset, strengths, risks, etc.). Final round was a 2 hour interview where I met the team (30 mins with each team member). Mostly behavioral questions in addition to resume based questions, a small handful of “technical” questions such as what is the 10 UST rate today, what is the current interest rate market and why, where do I foresee rates going and why, who controls interest rates, etc. nothing terribly technical and things you should definitely already been familiar with.
