Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my application via my university's recruiting portal as well as the Prudential career portal. After about two weeks, I received a HireVue consisting of basic behavioral questions as well as real estate specific questions regarding the market and different asset classes. Based on university recruiting events, it seemed like they were waiting until ~2 months after the application release to actually start reviewing applications and inviting candidates to superdays. I ended up taking a different offer before superday invitations came out, but it seemed like there were very few spots and a few hundred applicants.
