Analyst

The first round was just a Google Meet interaction, basically trying to get to know each other better. For the second round, they gave me an Indian publicly listed company and asked me to model it to find its intrinsic value using DCF and company comparables. They also asked me to build an IC memo, including expected returns, key valuation drivers and underlying assumptions, detailed explanations of revenue forecast assumptions, investment thesis and key risks along with mitigating factors and primary areas of focus during the due diligence process. The third round was an in-person round where I went to their Delhi office and had to present my whole work. It was a lot of cross-questioning and a lot of back and forth during the presentation.
