I had one first interview with a senior. Half of it was motivational, the other half was dedicated to a case study.
The second round was with the same senior + a partner. It was mostly a series of business cases + specific questions on background.
I did not get past the second round, I got the rejection email more than 2/3 months later, even though I knew before I was not going to get the job.
