Formed in 2004, Pine Street Capital Partners provides capital to lower middle market companies (typically $10- $75 million in revenue). We invest with experienced and committed management teams in established companies, providing mezzanine and equity capital in sponsored and unsponsored transactions in support of the following activities:

Growth capital Strategic acquisitions Private equity sponsored buyouts Management buyouts Recapitalizations Shareholder dividends With every transaction opportunity, we are committed to providing timely and direct feedback to capital requests, maintaining an open process and offering flexibility in our financing solutions.

Our investments are typically made in the form of subordinated debt with warrants. We will consider equity co-investments on a case by case basis. Our preferred mezzanine investment size ranges from $2 million to $6 million. We will invest up to $1 million in equity alongside a debt investment. We believe our investment structure is attractive in the right situations in that it provides needed capital while allowing the existing or new owners to retain a greater level of ownership and control of the company.

We are currently investing out of our new fund, Pine Street Capital Partners II, which is licensed as a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC").
