Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an interview with HR team, which is in charge of the screening talent at the beginning. She’s pretty nice and professional lady we discussed about what I do the team Coltra how we selected stocks etc. she also mentioned that there’s going to be a six month mark around period to run the paper book before becoming a portfolio manager my recruiter told me later that the team wanted to find someone with more quant background to wrong strategy, so the hiring process was suspended despite the fact that they are overall happy with my background
