Full time investment banking analyst

Initial 30 minite phone screen with VP then invited to superday in SF. I interviewed with the whole team consumer, healthcare, and TMT groups. I met with the group heads of healthcare and TMT. Very nice people. They will question you on your resume and your story so have that down cold. A lot of the interview is based on FIT and PERSONALITY. Seem to not care as much about pedigree (what school you went to). Although most are still from Ivy's. There were about 6 rounds of 30 minute interviews at the superday, again mainly questioning about your fit, personality and behavioral quesitons. There is a 30 minute portion dedicated to technicals. Tough questions.
