Applied through online only, had nobody push my resume or anything, not even resume drop through campus recruiting.
Standard phone interview for half an hour with pretty much all behavioral questions, some technical questions but not that in depth. Flew into Minneapolis the same week for a superday, just a bit over 2 hours with 4 rounds of 2 on 1 interviews. Half were pretty much fit/behavioral only, while the other half focused on technicals.
