Investment Banking Summer Associate

Relatively easy process overall. The folks in the Charlotte office have a long standing relationship with my MBA program, making the recruiting process pretty straight forward. As with most on campus recruiting processes in business school, the relationship begins with an on-campus presentation from the company. From there it's incumbent upon you to continue to build the relationship with the firm and the various team members at the firm. Generally, this requires you to conduct phone calls, exchange emails, and travel to Charlotte to meet for coffee. The actual interview process consisted of a first round interview with a couple of the folks from the Charlotte office, and a second round superday in Charlotte.
