Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very straight forward. First had screening interview with HR everything you would expect. Why Piper Jaffray? Why Merchant Banking? Walk me through your resume. After this round it was a phone interview with the 2 analysts in the merchant banking division. Only asked about my background and a few technical questions that were pretty easy. Even though I felt I did well wasn't chosen for the super day they only ended up bringing 3 people for 1 position.
