I had one phone interview and then superday a few days later. Everything was great and the people were awesome. Interview was the normal behavioral, fit, and technical. They focus heavy on fit. Know your basic technicals such as how to value and company, how to get Enterprise value, how to find equity value given enterprise value, 4 methods to value a company, what is beta, how do you get cost of equity, what is wacc, and $10 depr what happens to statements. The WSO technical guide is more than enough for this. Focus on why Piper which is the make or break question.
