Summer Analyst

Met the recruiters at an investment banking event. Initial interview was a phone interview with a campus recruiter which was mostly behavioral questions. Second phone interview was with an analyst, and included behavioral and technical questions. The phone interview with the analyst went really well and I was invited to attend their Superday. The Superday consisted of back to back interviews with 4 analysts, 3 associates, 1 principal, 1 managing director. The interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral, and lasted for about 3 hours. Everyone that I met was generally very nice.
