Experienced Analyst

I sent my resume to a recruiter who used to work at my old firm (professional services firm), who then sent it to the recruiter in charge of the hiring process. I scheduled a video call with two directors, each lasting 30 minutes, and was behavioral and technical in nature. I was then scheduled to participate in a superday that consisted of 5 interviews and lasted around 2.5 hours. The hiring team responded to me the next day to extend an offer.
