Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I emailed a recruiter at Piper Sandler to get involved in the process. It started with a HireVue and after the HireVue I had a Super Day. The Super Day was 2 hours long and consisted of 1:1 and group interviews with MDs, VPs, and juniors. All of the questions were behavior and they touched on nearly every "tell me about a time" imaginable. I would advise other interview candidates to practice their mock interviews and be prepared for every kind of behavioral scenario question possible. I wasn't asked a single technical question.

The office was the Minneapolis one, which was quite nice, I know they're in the process of moving to North Loop, so it will be a different office. I thought the people were very nice and considerate, and they came across as having strong work culture.
