Hiring process was good. Began as a first round zoom call with an analyst and started off with more basics and then over time throughout more interviews it went a bit more in-depth. There was a total of 4 rounds of interviews. I had originally applied online and I think the culture seems pretty supportive and tight-knit. Some of the interviews were behavioral and some were more technical but a lot of the technicals were surrounded around healthcare trends.
