Applied online, was offered a "screening" interview about 1-2 weeks after with 2 people in HR. After that, they moved me on to my first round with 2 analysts. It was both behavioral and technical. The behaviorals were the basic ones you'd expect (walk me through your resume, why IB, why Solomon Partners, etc). Technicals were also very straightforward and all came from the BIWS Guide. Included things like: What is WACC, tax shield, walk me through a DCF, etc.
