Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed for a 6-month contract to hire position right out of college. Met with two senior level people on the team. Discussions were focused on college work and what I am interested in doing in my career. Did not know anything about PJM, but researched it enough to ask some basic questions about energy markets which they found impressive.
Not a challenging interview, just showed a level of interest and desire to learn.
