Very difficult, first is SUITED assessment that is a complete black box but a standard personality test with some maths questions.
Then comes 2 first round interviews with AS/VP which are 80% technical 20% fit - mergr math, accretiondilution, lot of LBO maths and brainteasers
2 more 2nd round w VP/Dir which are same as above and go into motivations also
final round x2 (1 w MD) focusing again on everything
Overall v difficult pocess and have to really understand everything you talk about else you've got no hope
would recommend you know how everything in 400qs works at a minimum and then read up online

Then some basic technical questions from the guides and then you go into talking about a company you have been following and they will ask technical questions off that.
